At IlmiDunya Pakistan, we believe that educational platforms should protect learners and educators rather than harvest their personal contact numbers.

• We NEVER Collect or Require Phone Numbers or WhatsApp: Neither students nor tutors are required to provide a mobile phone number or WhatsApp number to register, search, or use our platform.
• No Unsolicited Calls or Messages: Because personal mobile numbers are never requested or shared, students, daughters, and female teachers are 100% immune from off-platform WhatsApp harassment, spam marketing, or unsolicited calls.
• What We Collect: Only your Name, Email address (for secure login and verified notifications), City, and General Local Area (to enable local in-person tutor matching or time zone alignment).
• For Tutors: We collect educational credentials, Sanad degrees, and national CNIC strictly for identity validation and administrative vetting.

2. Dual Learning Modes: Home-Based In-Person & 1-on-1 Online Tuitions

IlmiDunya provides two distinct, fully protected tutoring models:

• Home-Based In-Person Tuitions:
• Students and parents can filter verified tutors by their specific Pakistani city (such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, etc.) and local neighborhood/area (e.g. Gulberg, DHA, Johar Town, F-10, Clifton) to arrange physical tutoring at the student's residence or tutor's local academy.
• Your exact home address is never published publicly on the platform. Exact in-person logistics are only coordinated within the secure in-app messaging system between verified accounts.
• 1-on-1 Live Online Tuitions:
• For families who prefer remote learning, live 1-on-1 classes take place directly inside our browser-based WebRTC classroom with zero software or Zoom downloads required.
• Interactive Quran reader, audio recitation, whiteboard, and digital slate run with camera-off privacy by default.

3. Protected In-Platform Communication

All inquiries, introductory interviews, lesson material exchanges, and schedule arrangements take place strictly inside the secure IlmiDunya ecosystem:

• End-to-End Platform Messaging: Chat directly with verified tutors without exchanging personal WhatsApp or telephone contacts.
• Automated Anti-Harassment Scanning: Our proactive safety algorithms detect and restrict abusive language, inappropriate conduct, or external contact solicitation.
• Instant Report & Block Controls: Any user can report or restrict a contact in one click for immediate administrative intervention by our Lahore team.

4. Minor Safety & Complete Female Family Dignity

Protecting young learners and female students is our foundational mission:

• Verified Female Alimahs: Strict same-gender matching is available for daughters, sisters, and mothers seeking Quranic or academic coaching.
• Camera-Off by Default: Female students and young children learn with complete peace of mind and modesty; video cameras remain strictly disabled unless voluntarily turned on by the student.
• Parental Oversight: Parents have full visibility through student dashboards to review teacher notes, lesson logs, and trial feedback.

5. Sanad & Document Protection Vault

• All academic diplomas, Wafaq-ul-Madaris Sanad degrees, Tajweed certificates, and CNIC records submitted by tutors are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption.
• Stored in restricted-access private vaults in Lahore and reviewed exclusively by authorized administrative personnel.
• We never sell, monetize, or disclose tutor credentials or student records to any third-party marketing entities.

6. Legal Compliance under PECA 2016

IlmiDunya operates in strict adherence to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016) and applicable data protection regulations in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Users retain the right at any time to review, update, or permanently delete their account and associated records via Profile Settings.
