1. Acceptance of Terms & Educational Focus
By creating an account, browsing educators, booking trials, or offering tutoring on IlmiDunya Pakistan, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, Pakistani law, and the Islamic adab (etiquette) of knowledge.
IlmiDunya provides a specialized directory and digital learning infrastructure dedicated exclusively to:
1. Home-Based In-Person Tuitions (physical tutoring in student homes or local academies across Pakistani cities).
2. 1-on-1 Live Online Tuitions (virtual digital classroom sessions nationwide and worldwide).
2. Zero-Contact Exchange & Anti-Harassment Policy
To protect family privacy and ensure safe educational interactions:
- No Phone / WhatsApp Exchanging: Students and tutors must not solicit, share, or demand personal telephone numbers, WhatsApp details, or personal social media handles.
- All legitimate communications, scheduling, deal agreements, and classes must occur via IlmiDunya's verified chat and classroom channels.
- Any attempt to harass, intimidate, or solicit off-platform contact will result in instant, permanent account termination and potential reporting under PECA 2016.
3. Guidelines for Home-Based In-Person Tuitions
When arranging physical home-based tuitions:
- Guardian Presence: For minor students (under 18 years of age), an adult parent or guardian must be present on the premises throughout the in-person class.
- Verified Identity: Tutors visiting homes carry verified credentials authenticated by our administrative team. Families may cross-verify the tutor's identity against their platform profile.
- Professional Decorum: Both parties are expected to maintain Islamic modesty, punctual attendance, and respectful professional boundaries at all times.
4. 3-Day Free Trial Policy
- Every student is entitled to an unhindered 3-day free trial with their selected tutor.
- No upfront payment, deposit, or credit card is required during the trial period.
- Following the trial, the family and tutor may mutually confirm a direct monthly tuition agreement or discontinue at zero cost.
5. Transparent Direct Tuition Agreements (PKR)
- IlmiDunya does not charge unfair agency percentages or middleman cuts on tutor earnings.
- Tutors and families agree mutually on a fair monthly tuition fee in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Fee clearance is conducted transparently via official Pakistani banking methods (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Meezan Bank, Raast) with verifiable transaction IDs.
